What is DSR?

The Debt Service Ratio (DSR) is the percentage of your net monthly income used to service debt commitments such as car, home, personal loans and credit cards. Banks use DSR to assess repayment capacity before approving a new loan.

Each bank sets its own DSR limit (often around 60%–75% depending on income). This calculator gives a pre-qualification estimate only — it is not a bank approval or financial advice.
