Calculations run in your browser. KiraSmart also records the figures you enter and the results produced, including when you are not signed in, to understand how the calculators are used and to improve them. This record is linked to a random identifier stored in your browser, not to your name, and it is kept separate from any calculation you deliberately save to an account.
Calculations you deliberately save, share, favourite, or attach to a client are additionally stored against your KiraSmart account and remain visible to you in your dashboard.
If you create an account, KiraSmart may process your name, email address, profile image, authentication records, saved calculations, favourites, client records, profile or business branding, and subscription status.
When you use an AI feature, the prompt and relevant calculation, receipt, or saved-scenario context are sent through KiraSmart's server to the configured AI processing service. Some AI outputs are stored when the feature provides history or saved results.
Subscription checkout and billing management are handled by Stripe. KiraSmart stores Stripe customer, subscription, and checkout references plus billing status, but does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
KiraSmart uses Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand page usage, conversion steps, device categories, approximate location, and website performance. Conversion events contain non-identifying fields such as locale, plan, displayed price, and outcome; KiraSmart does not intentionally send names, email addresses, calculator inputs, receipt contents, or client records as analytics properties.
Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated measurement without third-party cookies. Google Analytics may use a first-party identifier and provides privacy controls. KiraSmart removes URL query strings from its Google Analytics page-location setting and disables Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals.
KiraSmart relies on providers for hosting, database and file storage, authentication, transactional email, payments, analytics, error monitoring, and AI processing. These providers process data as needed for the relevant service under their own terms and privacy notices.
You can use the public calculators without creating an account, avoid optional save or AI features, manage your subscription through the billing portal, and use browser controls or blocking tools for analytics. Clearing your browser storage removes the random identifier that links usage records to your device. To request access, correction, or deletion of account data or of usage records tied to your device identifier, contact KiraSmart.
You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time from Dashboard → Profile. See Delete Your Account for what is removed, what is kept, and what happens to an active subscription.
