Does a pass mean LHDN will accept the claim?
No. This is screening, not confirmation. It tells you which relief category a receipt may fall under so you know what to keep records for. Whether a claim is allowed is LHDN's decision, and the conditions attached to each relief still apply.
Is my receipt image stored?
No. The image is sent for text extraction and is not kept. For Pro users the tracker saves only the extracted fields - merchant, date, amount and category - never the image itself.
Why do some items say they need review?
Because a receipt on its own does not settle them. Medical, medicine and similar categories depend on facts the paper does not show, such as who was treated and for what. Those items are flagged rather than counted, so the running totals stay conservative rather than flattering.
