Delete Your Account

Delete it yourself

1. Sign in to KiraSmart.
2. Go to Dashboard → Profile.
3. Scroll to Delete your account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. It cannot be undone, and we cannot recover the account afterwards.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@kirasmart.my from the address the account uses, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days. We may need to check you own the address before deleting anything, because an unverified request is a way to delete somebody else's account.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and profile image
• Business details, logo and PDF branding
• Saved calculations, favourites and client records
• Receipt scans and tax-relief tracking
• Sign-in records, including a linked Google account
• Your subscription record
• Usage records that were linked to your account

What is not deleted

KiraSmart records the figures entered into calculators to understand how they are used, including for visitors who never sign in. Those records are keyed to a random browser identifier rather than to you, and the ones created while you were signed out cannot be traced back to your account — so they are not identifiable and are not deleted. Anything that was linked to your account is deleted with it.

We may also keep records we are legally required to keep, such as payment and tax records for a completed purchase. These are kept only for as long as the law requires.

Your subscription

An active Pro subscription is cancelled immediately when the account is deleted, so you are not charged again. Any remaining paid time is lost — there is no partial refund, and no account left to use it from. If you only want to stop paying, cancel from Manage billing and keep the account instead.
